Ζωγράφος

Γεννήθηκα στην Νίκαια του Πειραιά, σπούδασα βοηθός φαρμακοποιού, έκανα κλασικό μπαλέτο, έμαθα γραφιστική, είμαι δυσλεκτικός, έχω κάνει σκηνικά

στο θέατρο, δούλεψα στην διαφήμιση για 24 χρόνια και κάποια στιγμή μετακόμισα στην Καστοριά.

Εκεί δημιούργησα τον μικρό ξενώνα εξοχής Βυσσινόκηπο, έκανα  σωματικό θέατρο, έπαιξα σε θεατρικές παραστάσεις,έμαθα να μαζεύω άγρια μανιτάρια,

να αγαπώ την φύση, να οργανώνω σεμινάρια με βασικό άξονα την τέχνη και μία ημέρα επέστρεψα στην Αθήνα.

Τώρα ζώ στην Ραφήνα έχω πάρει πιστοποίηση ειδικότητας από το ΛΑΕΚ και ασχολούμαι με την ιδιώτητα του εμψυχωτή καλλιτεχνικής

& δημιουργικής απασχόλησης ανηλίκων και ενηλίκων με έμφαση στην ζωγραφική, τις κατασκευές, το σωματικό θεατρικό παιχνίδι και τον αυτοσχεδιασμό. 

Ζωγραφίζω από τότε που θυμάμαι τον εαυτό μου, έχω κάνει 13 ατομικές και εκθέσεις και έχω πάρει μέρος σε 5 ομαδικές, έχω εικονογραφήσει

εξώφυλλα βιβλίων και ιστορίες Ελλήνων που έζησαν στην Αμερική (ανάθεση από την Αμερικάνικη Πρεσβεία για μία σειρά ιστοριών με τίτλο του project: «Ίχνη/Traces» ,το project ολοκληρώνετε σε 12 ιστορίες).  Παρουσίαση των ιστοριών στο site της Αμερικάνικης πρεσβείας http://mosaiko.gr/eng/ .

Αυτό που με τρομάζει είναι η στιγμή που θα νοιώσω πως έχω πάρκινσον!

I was born and grew up in Nikaia of Piraeus and studied as a pharmacy assistant. Fully conscious of my preference in the arts and crafts early on in my life, I also learned classical ballet and studied graphic design. Classical ballet inspired me to get evolved in scenography, where I created several theater stages, yet my graphic design studies aided my involvement with the world of advertising. After 24 years of serving the world of advertising, being inspired by the natural world’s wonders and the greek traditional way of countryside living, I moved from the large city of Athens, to the outskirts of the small settlement of Kastoria Northern Greece, where I created a small guest house named ‘Sweet Cherry Orchard’ – ‘Vissinokipos’. A place of artistic character, full of art works, good traditional home-made food and lots of love, Vissinokipos taught me a lot; from loving the neighboring nature and collecting mushrooms, to getting evolved and organizing theater activities, creative writing, key shaft art activities and others. After (how many years), I moved back to Athens, Rafina, where I continued my artistic activities, obtaining a specialty certification LAEK and working with artistic and creative animation for children and adults with an emphasis on painting, construction, body theater games and improvisation. I am dyslexic and I always felt that art was the perfect language for expressing my feelings. I sketch and paint for as long as I can remember myself, having completed work for 13 personal exhibitions and participating in 5 collective ones, illustrating book covers for books and stories of Greeks living overseas i.e. America (Project "Traces" 12 illustrated stories for successful Greeks in USA who offered a lot to Greece.

 What scares me? The moment I will feel I have Parkinson’s disease.
